Our top priorities have always been the comfort and safety of our guests. The following measures, and many others, have now been introduced accordingly:
Full disinfection of rooms and common areas with hospital grade materials; cleaning of soft furnishings with high temperature steam cleaners
Staff maintain a physical distance of two metres
All items handled by guests (keys, p.o.s. terminals, credit cards, etc) will be disinfected regularly
To limit contact between staff and guests, housekeeping and change of towels and linen will occur only at the request of guests
Breakfast will continue to be served in our courtyard with special procedures in place for preparation and service
Free private parking at the hotel reduces reliance on public transport and avoids contact with cash and machines for public parking
Gloves, masks and disinfectants are provided free of charge.
